As an avid life-long coin collector, early Internet/web pioneer, and roughly 30 years in the computer industry, I have constantly been asked questions such as where is the best place (onlne or otherwise) to buy numismatic item xyz (be it a roll of Silver Eagles, a Civil War token, a modern coin graded MS70, a hard-to-find Lincoln cent to fill that hole in a collection, a 1 oz gold bullion coin, etc, etc.. My replies to my friends and colleagues were detailed and numerous.  I decided to create a site to simplify my answer:  "Search 1804.com" and enjoy exploring your options.  Thus, a site is born.
